Reservation of computer classroom for extracurricular activities

• The computer classroom can also be reserved for academic events (conferences, workshops, ...). Due to the high workload of the computer classroom during the semester, booking for these events is only possible during the holidays. During the semester only on weekends and only if your booking does not collide with other use of the classroom related to teaching (credit and exam papers, project meetings , ...).
• If you require the installation of special software, it is necessary to make an appointment at least a month in advance. You must designate a person who is able to check the installation. License coverage is up to you.
• No collective GUEST type account is allowed in the computer classroom, and the user access mode must be agreed in advance.
