Operating rules
Users are required to comply with the Dean's directive 4/08 and the Supplement for labs of the School of Computer Science.
Login to PC
- On computers running Windows or Linux OS, employees and students will use their CAS UK (SIS) login details. .
- Enter "username" in the form "novakj" (pattern), do NOT use your numeric code for SIS or your name in form "username@cuni.cz"
- Enter your login name in lowercase letters.
- Existing users who already have an account at Mala Strana may log in using the username and password from MS.
- Information for users outside the Faculty of Mathematics and Physics.

- Report malfunctions that prevent classes by calling the support hotline (opening hours 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.)

- Report any problems that prevent teaching by calling the support hotline 4333 (operating hours 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.).
- For other SW/HW related defects and comments, write to UK ServiseDesk:
- Report IT problems in the PC classrooms and on the network using the form: "I have a problem with the computer technology in the building"
- Report AV equipment faults using the form: "I have a problem with the AV equipment in the building"
- The sooner a defect is reported, the sooner it will be fixed.
